Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
